A Working Agent
Your agent — configured with your context, your voice, and your priorities — running on hardware in your office, not a server someone else controls.
WNCP AI × The Guest House
A two-weekend build retreat where founders and operators leave with a personal AI agent — running on hardware they control.
Everyone is experimenting with AI. Nobody has an operating system. In two weekends at The Guest House in LeDroit Park, you configure, define, and deploy a personal AI agent — and learn how to run it with your team.
01 — The Promise
This is a build retreat. Over two weekends, you bring your own computer and your business context. WNCP AI helps you configure a personal AI agent that handles real workflows — research, drafting, meeting prep, follow-up, and delegation to your team. Monday morning, it works.
Your agent — configured with your context, your voice, and your priorities — running on hardware in your office, not a server someone else controls.
Step-by-step instructions for your operator or assistant: how to maintain the agent, assign work to it, and review output — no engineering required.
A weekly cadence for delegating, reviewing, and improving — so the agent gets better every week, without needing an engineer on staff.
A center of Black intellectual life since 1873 — chosen deliberately, not decoratively.
02 — The Venue
The Guest House is a 3,000-square-foot private hospitality venue in LeDroit Park — one of Washington D.C.'s earliest planned communities and a center of Black intellectual life since 1873. Founded by real estate investor Larry Braithwaite, the space is purpose-built for executives who value privacy, intention, and cultural legacy.
The entire retreat takes place within The Guest House — a private venue with custom programming, on-site staff, and zero public traffic. No hotel ballrooms. No shared conference centers. Every detail of the space supports focused, unbroken work.

AI Salon Dinner — curated conversation on agentic work, executive leverage, and the future of small-team operations.
Skill building — core workflows: research, drafting, meeting prep, follow-up.
Tool integration — connecting your agent to email, Slack, Notion, calendar, and files.
Optional social mixer or free time at The Guest House.
Implement assigned workflows with your operator. Async support, weekly office hours, and structured check-ins so you return with real questions and real progress.

05 — The Trade
You arrive with hardware and context. You leave with a configured system, the playbooks to operate it, and a 30-day plan to put it in front of your team. No trial periods, no recurring fees, no vendor lock-in.
Eight artifacts you own and operate.
Your agent on hardware you own — not a cloud service that someone else controls.
WNCP AI stack installed and configured to your business — not a generic demo.
Role, voice, boundaries, and priorities defined.
Research, drafting, meeting prep, follow-up, intake.
How your team requests work from the agent.
Maintenance checklist, update process, common fixes.
Permissions, escalation, and boundaries. What the agent can — and cannot — touch.
A day-by-day plan for introducing the agent to your team — so it sticks.
06 — The Framework
Built on the agenticos.md stack — a curated framework for composing sovereign AI agents from five inspectable layers.
01
SOUL
Who the agent is — role, voice, values, operating principles.
02
SKILLS
What the agent can repeatedly do — workflows, procedures, templates.
03
MEMORY
What persists — preferences, context, project facts, durable knowledge.
04
TOOLS
How the agent acts — CLIs, APIs, MCP servers, file and database actions.
05
RUNTIME
Where the agent runs — local, self-hosted, inspectable, portable.
Your agent is a folder of markdown. You own it.

08 — FAQ
The ten questions we get most often. If you have one that isn't here, ask it in your application — we read every one.
No. The retreat is designed for founders and operators, not engineers. You bring your business context; we help you build the system around it. If you bring an operator, they learn maintenance. If not, you learn enough to manage the system yourself — no coding required.
A MacBook (M1 or newer), Mac Mini, or a Linux laptop with 16GB+ RAM. We send a full hardware checklist after your application is accepted. Premium package participants receive a pre-configured machine.
Yes — in fact, we encourage it. The Founder + Operator package is designed for exactly this. Your operator learns the system alongside you and leaves with a maintenance playbook.
You implement assigned workflows with your operator. WNCP AI hosts async office hours via Slack / Discord. You return for Weekend 2 with real questions and real progress.
1948 2nd Street NW, LeDroit Park, Washington, D.C. — a historic Black neighborhood in central DC, minutes from U Street and Shaw.
No. The retreat teaches you to build and operate your own system — that's the point. After the retreat, optional strategic advisory is available for architecture reviews, workflow design, and governance. But implementation and maintenance are yours. Your agent. Your hardware. Your rules.
agenticos.md is a curated index for the markdown agent stack — the open, inspectable framework for building AI agents from five layers: Soul, Skills, Memory, Tools, and Runtime. The retreat applies this framework directly to your business.
Full refund up to 30 days before the retreat. 50% refund up to 14 days. Cohort transfers available if another session has space.
Courses give you videos and exercises. You leave with instructions. This retreat leaves you with a running agent on hardware in your office — configured to your business, your voice, your workflows. The difference between watching someone build and building alongside them.
Subscription AI tools serve millions of users the same way. Your agent serves your business — your voice, your workflows, your governance rules, your memory. It runs on hardware you control, not a server someone else can throttle or sunset. You own it. You inspect it. You decide what it touches and what it doesn't.
12 seats per cohort. When they fill, that's it. Apply now.
